This warranty lasts for the lifetime of the product. 


C. What the warranty covers

This warranty covers any breakage of or defects in the wooden frame, including the slats. Any breakage must occur while the product is in normal “bedroom” use. The frame must be assembled correctly. Thuma will repair or replace, in our discretion, damaged or defective products that are covered by this warranty. We may replace your product with a similar product of a similar value.


D. What the warranty does not cover


This warranty does not cover damage that occurs to the product in transit; damage caused by modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the product; physical abuse of the product including but not limited to burns, cuts, or stains; damage caused by a natural disaster or other catastrophe such as flood or fire; damage resulting from negligence; normal wear and tear; small cracks, dents, or stains that do not affect the functionality of the product; or a change of mind. This warranty does not cover products purchased or used in hospitality, home rental, or other business use cases. The PillowBoard, including the PillowBoard Cover, is not covered under this warranty.

The Mattress

Thuma Limited Warranty

A. Who the warranty covers


This warranty extends to the original purchaser of the product. The product must be purchased directly from Thuma. Please maintain a copy of your receipt for proof of purchase.


The Mattress warranty is only valid if the law tag is attached and has not been altered or tampered with. An attached, unaltered law tag is required to identify The Mattress. The Mattress warranty is void if The Mattress cannot be properly identified.


The Mattress, which comes in a compressed and rolled manner, also referred to as “bed-in-a-box,” must be opened within thirty (30) days of receiving The Mattress to prevent compression for an extended period of time.

B. Duration of coverage


This warranty lasts 15 years from the date of purchase. 


C. What the warranty covers


This warranty covers the following defects or damage:

  • Any visible indentation equal to or greater than one and a half (1.5) inches that does not result from a faulty, improper, or unsupportive foundation, box spring, or base.

  • Any cosmetic damage to The Mattress that is not caused by normal wear and tear and that affects the performance of The Mattress.

  • Any physical flaw in the natural latex foam that causes it to split or crack under conditions of normal use and proper handling.

  • Any manufacturing defect in The Mattress cover such as the fabric tearing or stitching unraveling


D. What the warranty does not cover


This warranty does not cover damage that occurs to the product in transit; damage caused by modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the product; physical abuse of the product including but not limited to burns, cuts, or stains; damage caused by a natural disaster or other catastrophe such as flood or fire; damage resulting from negligence; an expected increase in softness due to normal usage; damage associated with an improper bed frame, foundation, box spring, or base as determined by Thuma; normal wear and tear; failure to keep The Mattress clean and free of stains or unsanitary conditions; mold, odors, and/or discoloration caused by abnormal care including liquid spills, improper ventilation, humid climates and/or exposure to excessive water or humidity; comfort preference; or a change of mind. This warranty does not cover products purchased or used in hospitality, home rental, or other business use cases.
